This role also involved overseeing the gradual implementation of automation systems based on 1C ERP. • Responsible for the supply of goods with a contract value of up to 12,000,000 US dollars; the responsible budget was more than 40,000,000 US dollars. The department under my management organized more than 3000 FTL deliveries annually (import and export). • Responsible for communicating with EPC contractors and supervised the plant expansion and modernization project (3 additional production lines, plant restructuring and renovation, and construction of new warehouses and production facilities). The estimated project cost is 24,000,000 US dollars. • Systematized supply department and inventory procedures at the plant allowed for establishing critical communications between the technical, production, laboratory, warehouse, and supply chain departments. This made it possible to improve delivery times, speed up bureaucratic approval processes, and bring stocks of materials necessary for production from critically low levels to acceptable levels. • By organizing a comprehensive analysis of the market and suppliers, I was able to implement measures that significantly reduced the company's costs for various categories of goods and services supplied, from 15 to 51%. This strategic move also increased deferred payments with important suppliers by up to 180 days, demonstrating the financial benefits of my approach.
