Responsibilities:

• Service Support: Provide 2nd line support for UC services (Telephony, Audio and Video Conferencing, Mobile services, Media equipment) across a large enterprise environment with a centralized Data Center and 24 offices in Central Asia and Caucasian countries.
• Security Operations: Support the security operation cycle for UC services by investigating, patching/resolving, and reporting on security issues.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve security issues, feature requests, and problems related to UC services.
• Project Participation: Participate in relevant ITS projects by preparing technical requirements and technical architecture documentation.
• Service Installation and Configuration: Perform installation and configuration of new services and interact with Telecom providers.
• Service Development: Regularly revise and develop UC services, including updating security compliance, service architecture, documentation, and support contracts.

You’re the perfect match for this role if you:​​​​​​​

• Have a higher education degree.
• Possess 3+ years of experience as a technical engineer specializing in the development and support of UC systems in an enterprise environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge and operational experience with administration of Microsoft server products, including Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
• Have expertise in VoIP services and products, computer networks, and cloud technologies.
• Bring experience working with a range of UC product vendors; experience with AudioCodes and Polycom is a plus.
• Show familiarity with enterprise Call Center solutions (a plus).
• Exhibit confident written and spoken English.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and are a team player.
• Have certifications in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Intune, MDM, or Skype for Business (a plus).
