Job Description
As a Junior Affiliate Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing B2B client relationships, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving business growth through effective partnership management and data accuracy.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and establish new partnerships.
- Handle all client issues and inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Filter and manage incoming client inquiries to work with the best clients, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Financial Reporting:
- Download and analyze statistics, calculate client dues.
- Prepare and send B2B invoices
Data Management:
- Maintain and update client information on our platforms, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
Business Development:
- Negotiate agreements with potential clients.
- Gather necessary information and ensure timely updates to our platforms, supporting growth and successful onboarding.
Marketing Support:
- Coordinate with clients to showcase our testimonials on their websites.
- Manage contract creation and oversee the execution process to enhance visibility and partnership value.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Excellent written communication and negotiation skills in both English and Russian.
- Responsibility: Demonstrated responsibility in previous roles, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Experienced PC user with proficiency in data management platforms and tools, including Excel.
- Work Ethic: Proactive and able to work independently.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in affiliate management or sales management.
- Experience in gambling industry would benefit you as well.
