Main Responsibilities:
- Finance Business Partnering
- Forecasting and Planning
- Credit Management
- Project and Process Improvement (Improvement Projects, Business Cases and Localization Projects)
- Team and Internal Support (CCBT and LV Coordination)
- Contract and Compliance Management (Contracts, IFRS Contracts, Distributor Correspondence)
- Reporting and Analysis (Dashboard Review and Reporting, Monthly OVH Management)
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of finance & accounting experience, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Excellent level of computer literacy (incl. Excel, SAP)
- Strong analytical capabilities with bias to drive action.
- Ability and drive to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diversified team.
- Fluency in English
- Excellent engagement, and communication skills
- Personal Mastery and Effectiveness
