- HR metrics including preparation of reports on turnover and retention of personnel in the format requested by SLs Leadership and/or Talent team
- Analysis of market data, including collection and consolidation of data for services provider(s) whom we will be attracting for getting salary surveys (if applicable) as well as further analysis of the results to be sent by provider(s)
- Salary review considering new approaches and tool (which is expected to replace current CAT) to be used within EY, development/design of the unified template of a file for salary review (if possible)
- Preparation of proposal on review/changing salary scales for leadership based on salary survey results
- Close work with CESA C&B team including, but no limited to participation in all CESA C&B calls, work on CESA C&B team’s requests, etc.
- Unification of benefits across CCA offices (and this is planned to be done during this year)
- Work on bonus schemes/programs to be approved and used in EY CCA (if applicable).
