This position is based in our office located in Almaty.
We are a rapidly expanding cloud-based contact center platform, serving clients across more than 20 countries worldwide, and have facilitated over 100M+ customer interactions. Our primary focus is on delivering exceptional user experiences, driven by our commitment to revolutionizing traditional contact center solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of our product and implement diverse operational strategies to boost client efficiency.
- Deliver web-based demonstrations and create materials essential for expediting customer acquisition.
- Engage in training sessions and online presentations for clients in English.
- Support customers through messaging apps, identify issues, and direct them to the right departments.
- Educate clients on new features and integrate technologies into their workflows.
Requirements:

Educational background in a technical field and the skill to study and understand technical materials, such as API documentation.

Demonstrated expertise in providing customer assistance and support.

Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
