Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and coordinating AI and automation projects aimed at streamlining internal processes and improving operational efficiency
Support the implementation of AI-driven solutions across various departments, from initial concept through to execution
ork with business leaders and technical teams to identify opportunities to optimize internal processes through AI, automation, and data-driven solutions
Gather and analyze business requirements to understand key pain points and areas for improvement
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and collect feedback to identify areas for further improvement
Identify potential project risks and issues early and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
Entry-level project management experience (internship, university projects, or relevant experience)
Basic experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
A keen interest in AI, automation, and data-driven solutions to improve business processes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Ability to analyze internal processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions for improvement
Strong critical thinking skills with a focus on optimizing business workflows.
