About Us:
We are a growing inbound tour operator specializing in offering tailored travel experiences in Kazakhstan for foreign customers. With commitment to providing exceptional service, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to help us boost sales, streamline operations, and elevate our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote company’s inbound tour services.
  • Build relationships with tour agencies and other partners to expand the company’s client base.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Spearhead marketing and sales activities directed at new targeted customer countries/regions.
  • Establish clear protocols for timely responses to client queries across all communication channels (e-mail, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Work with Tourism Managers to improve response times and the quality of communications with potential clients.
  • Develop and implement a system to monitor and report on sales activities, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Create a streamlined and automated process for tour calculations to generate quick, accurate quotations.
  • Review and refine pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Provide regular sales and marketing reports to the management team, including analysis of performance metrics.
  • Offer insights and feedback on improving services based on customer feedback and market demands.
  • Organize company’s work on government subsidy acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working for an inbound Tour Operator in sales or marketing, with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • Expertise in creating and implementing marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in tools and software for customer relationship management (CRM), digital marketing, and pricing automation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (knowledge of Russian, Kazakh, or other European languages is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and propose practical solutions.
