Quality & Risk Manager

As our Quality & Risk Manager, you will:

• Test and report on the effectiveness of the firm’s System of Quality Management under ISQM1 and other quality programs

• Participate in client and engagement acceptance reviews and approvals

• Conduct contract reviews to ensure compliance with firm requirements and risk appetite

• Manage ad-hoc projects related to quality and risk management

• Oversee processes for assessment and approval of technology solutions

• Act as a HelpDesk for staff and partners, providing guidance and responding to queries

• Conduct training sessions for colleagues in various Business Units

You’re the perfect match for this role if you:

• Have at least 3-5 years of experience in External or Internal Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management

• Proficient in Microsoft tools and are interested in new technologies

• Possess strong analytical skills and a good command of English and Russian

• Are a team player who can also work independently and meet deadlines, with strong project management skills

• Have experience using KPMG Clara audit tool (preferred)
