Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of open vacancies within designated departments (Sales);
• Close cooperation with Commercial functions in terms of various HR fields;
• Coordination of effective work of personnel;
• Provision of qualitative HR Services to Commercial functions and feedback to Director, Managers;
• Work as HR Adviser for responsible business functional divisions;
• Work on different projects in spheres of performance management, employee engagement, recognition and others.

Requirements:

• University degree in economics / management or similar fields;
• Min 3 years experience on a similar position preferably in multinational company;
• Highly proficient user of MS Office (esp. Excel and PowerPoint);
• Excellent understanding of HR concepts and best practices;
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking;
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills both in Russian & English (Upper-Intermediate level);
• Good knowledge of Labor Legislation and it's practical application (esp. with disciplinary cases/dismissals);
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and organizational skills.
