We are looking for an IT Help Desk officer
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Register user requests received over different channels, including phone and email;
- Assign requests to the responsible team or person;
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware;
- Walk users through problem-solving process;
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support;
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
- At least 1 year of relevant experience providing help desk support in IT operations;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems;
- Confident knowledge of the PC at the level of an advanced user;
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows / Office family of products.
- Good command of spoken and written Russian and English languages;
