Solution Architect Integration Area

Architects, administers and controls design and integration strategies within specific Netcracker delivery project. Communicates technical direction and provides guidance to Business Analysts Leads and Development Leads.

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with customer and Netcracker architectural technical leadership team to define the architectural approach, data design and high-level integration interfaces for the project while working to ensure assigned project goals are met within expected timelines and following Netcracker standards.
• Supports the assessment of various integration solution design options and recommends solutions that best suit the project’s needs.
• Collaborates with Project Development teams to analyze, design/enhance and implement mission critical, enterprise-level integrations and deliver on program objectives.
• Designs, documents, implements, and promotes the use of appropriate integration technologies, APIs, standards and improvements.
• Clearly, consistently, and concisely captures and communicates the key components of an architecture to the assigned teams through engaging presentations and clear documentation.
• Reviews project charters to ensure technical feasibility works with the team and to escalate issues to the program or portfolio.
• Works with developers and collaborates with development managers to ensure project delivery is made successful.
• Contributes to Proof of Concept and helps research new technologies.
• Ensures that the overall solution is adequately and appropriately integrated within delivery project and that future interoperability is preserved.

Experience and requirements:

• Post-graduate degree (Magister/Master’s or higher degree) in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Software Architecture or similar.
• 10+ years’ experience and 3 years managerial experience and 3 years specialized experience in the design and implementation of major computer systems or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive experience working in Integration Architecture, preferably with experience on multiple organizational transformation initiatives.
• Practical experience in End-2-End Cloud-native application delivery to public and/or private clouds customers
• Experience with Telecommunication projects is a plus.
• Communication for Results - Converses with, writes strategic documents for, and creates/delivers presentations to internal business leaders as well as customers. Leads discussions with internal team and customers in ways that support strategic planning and decision-making. Seeks a consensus with project leaders / architects.
• Practical experience in API design (technical specifications for Integration agreements, HTTP, SOAP, REST API, YANG, XML, JSON)
• Practical experience in messaging design (Integration Agreements preparations for system communications based on Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, etc.)
• Solid K8s principles understanding
• Strong understanding of data models
• Fluent spoken English (upper-intermediate or higher)
• Strong communication/presentation skills
• Good knowledge for the existing industry SDOs and Open Source API design frameworks, best practices and API design guidelines (like TMF Frameworx, OpenAPI, AsyncAPI)
