Your day-to-day:
- Organizing and managing the work of the customer service B2B/B2C streams to achieve market objectives.
- Ensuring proper distribution of products across sales channels (B2B/B2C), on-time delivery, and maintaining optimal stock levels at regional warehouses and sales points.
- Drive and coordinate key strategic projects in collaboration with internal and external business partners e.g. Customer collaboration
- Ensure partner's warehouses compliance with company standards
- Leading projects aimed at optimizing and/or automating processes for economic efficiency
- Cooperating with various internal departments and external partners to ensure effective operations in the customer service department through proper coordination, communication, and information sharing.
- Participating in or leading global/local initiatives to implement PMI strategies. Managing the division's budget.
- Managing, directing, and developing the team.
Who we're looking for:
- Higher education in business administration, supply chain management, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar leadership position in supply chain management (experience in FMCG, distribution companies, including those with products requiring digital labeling, is an advantage).
- Project management skills and experience.
- Knowledge of financial principles.
- People management skills.
- English proficiency – upper intermediate or higher.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint), Power BI.
