Amcor Specialty Cartons Kazakhstan is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role is key in ensuring seamless order processing, timely deliveries, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end order cycle, from receipt to execution, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare and process financial documents, including invoices, prepayment bills, SN-T, and other required documentation in systems such as Amcor TO and Customer Service Master Suite.
  • Shipment Coordination: Track order readiness, inform relevant stakeholders about shipments, and provide product availability reports.
  • Payment Monitoring: Ensure timely payment collection for delivered products.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a key contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in internal and client meetings to align on order management, logistics, and customer service processes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
  • Language Skills: English – Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Key Competencies: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a team, high sense of responsibility, and a proactive approach.
