Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract new clients, building long-term relationships.
- Manage existing corporate clients (minimum of 250 seats).
- Identify business needs and demonstrate the value of our products and services to meet those needs.
- Understand client's business strategies and provide licensing consultations.
- Generate new sales opportunities and work on closing deals.
- Prepare sales forecasts and ensure timely reporting.
- Collaborate closely with other teams, engaging appropriate resources to meet client objectives.
- Participate in client-focused marketing events.
- Improve company revenue and profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (technical degree preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of corporate sales experience (IT sales in software, hardware, or solutions is a plus).
- Knowledge of licensing terms for Microsoft, VEEAM, VMware, Citrix, and others.
- Strong understanding of the IT market and enterprise sales dynamics.
- Proven experience engaging with large accounts and senior executives.
- High-level negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Driven by outcomes, able to work autonomously, and takes proactive steps.
- Proficiency in English and Russian.
