Responsibilities:

  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Identify and attract new clients, building long-term relationships.
  • Manage existing corporate clients (minimum of 250 seats).
  • Identify business needs and demonstrate the value of our products and services to meet those needs.
  • Understand client's business strategies and provide licensing consultations.
  • Generate new sales opportunities and work on closing deals.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and ensure timely reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams, engaging appropriate resources to meet client objectives.
  • Participate in client-focused marketing events.
  • Improve company revenue and profitability.

Requirements:

  • ​​​​​​​​​​Bachelor’s degree (technical degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of corporate sales experience (IT sales in software, hardware, or solutions is a plus).
  • Knowledge of licensing terms for Microsoft, VEEAM, VMware, Citrix, and others.
  • Strong understanding of the IT market and enterprise sales dynamics.
  • Proven experience engaging with large accounts and senior executives.
  • High-level negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Driven by outcomes, able to work autonomously, and takes proactive steps.
  • Proficiency in English and Russian.
