Responsibilities:
- Engagements’ economics monthly management (assistance to project managers):
- engagements sales and cash forecast;
- engagements controls (monitoring of timely billing, WIP balances controls, etc.);
- timesheets management;
- Provides users of management reporting with comparable and reliable information on all accounting areas.
- Participation in Budgeting process, Plan-Fact analysis.
- Participation in internal risk management procedures and controls.
- Maintenance and documentation of management accounting procedures & policies.
- Assistance with the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Participation in going through annual external audits.
- Participation in migration to IBS / SAP.
- Other requests from Management (different analytics, calculations, presentations, etc.).
Requirements:
- Bachelors or master’s qualifications in Finance, Economics, Accounting
- Work experience as economist / financial analyst / financial controller
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, main IFRS concepts
- Working knowledge of accounting systems (1C), experience in SAP system will be a plus
- Experience with transformation to IFRS and preparation of financial statements, in budgeting
- Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages
- Professional accounting qualification will be a plus
- Strong analytical skills, self-directed, team-oriented
- At least intermediate English
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to form strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Excellent organization and administration skills
- Energetic and motivated personality with multi-tasking experience
