HVAC and Plumbing Project & Maintenance engineer

Job Summary

HVAC and Plumbing Project & Maintenance engineer is responsible for ensuring the maintenance and reliable operation of HVAC and plumbing systems while optimizing CMMS processes for maintenance tracking and management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance activities for HVAC and plumbing systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and review operating and maintenance procedures for mechanical systems.
• Utilize CMMS to monitor, manage, and improve maintenance processes.
• Analyze and optimize system layouts and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing maintenance.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with CMMS systems, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of building processes, construction principles, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian.
