Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for key account, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction between Client and Top management.
- Coordinate and monitor the order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery and handling to Client.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, shipments, procurement plans, delivery logs.
- Collaborate with procurement team and warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Coordinate team of buyers for timely accurately execution of supply chain process.
- Personally fullfill procurement orders by the instruction of its Management.
- Assist in managing customer relations, audits, compliances.
- Assist in managing contract terms, pricing agreements, purchase orders and service agreements with Client.
- Work closely with procurement team and management to support supply chain development, and development of dealership of new product/brand.
- Prepare reports for Management, Client. Observe supply chain metrics.
- Prepare and coordinate Profit and Loss observations and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Client policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience in a Kay account management field.
Working Conditions:
- Almaty, 2/5, Office-based with occasional travel to Client sites as required.
