In this role you will be providing customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
The role is contributing to Process Automation Business Area, Kazakhstan; Almaty. Work model for the role is onsite.
You will mainly be accountable for:
- Implementing customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process.
- Supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.
- Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, PM and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Supporting the shipping process by preparing necessary documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Acting as the first port of call for customers’ queries and orders and ensures the resolution of customer issues.
- Ensuring accuracy of ERP with regard to commercial master data, payment/trade policy, customer contracts, etc.
- Supporting the Sales team in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.
- Creating and updating material cards, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Interacts closely with the MD team.
- Coordinating with the warehouse and other internal teams to ensure accurate reflection of return information.
- Monitoring timely closure of sales orders and purchase orders are placed on schedule in accordance with sales orders.
- Implementing and maintains customer support processes.
- Sharing functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
- Demonstrating ABB’s core values and group safety and integrity standards and acts accordingly.
- Implementing and ensuring compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area.
- Ensuring adherence to all relevant internal and statutory regulations and policies.
- Ensuring integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities.
- Demonstrating an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) terms, concept application, reporting, and risks.
- Ensuring adherence to the collaboration objectives of the team to maximize results for ABB.
