Responsibilities:
- Management of Samsung.com website and coordination digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement for customer’s retention, awareness and loyalty;
- Controls the content of the company's website according to the request from the head office, collect, analyze information on products and transmit to the head office for approval;
- Strictly follows the global policy accommodation, upgrade of the awareness and promotional pages sites on Samsung.com websites;
- Mostly role means, be involved to SEO optimization, increase organic web-page traffic, improve position of S.com in search engines, web-site quality, QA testing, issue fixing, UX/UI/CJ knowing and improving;
- Requirements include SEO skills and experiences, content categorization and structure, digital content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance so digital content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone;
- Understanding the basic best practices of the main digital channels, which content and approaches work on each, and why;
- Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel;
- Integration of digital programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand;
- Measurement and optimization of the digital program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis;
- Executive presentations on the program approaches and results will be required;
- Every month, quartile, year creating Analytics reports with traffic and SEO data of Web-site;
- Provides accounting for the fulfillment of contracts with contractors (conclusion, control over the timing of work and payment). At the end of the work, monitor reports and submit to the accounting department;
- Interacts with authorized departments to resolve issues related to the collection of personal data.
Requirements:
- University degree in marketing / digital marketing / management / IT;
- Experience of working in digital marketing (3 years +);
- Data-driven and highly analytical;
- Experience with Content Management Systems.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics;
- Proficiency in graphic programs;
- Copywriting skills;
- Experience in launching and analyzing targeting tools;
- Experienced Excel user;
- Experienced Power Point user;
- Fluent English;
- Knowledge’s of Russian or Kazakh would be an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills;

- Understanding of basic principles of working with digital tools and platforms;
- Strong communication skills;
- Experience of working with graphic tools and programs would be an advantage (not a must);
- IT background would be an advantage;
- Understanding of e-commerce market and trends;
- Content creation and management experience;
- Basic understanding of Big Data management;
- Understanding and experience in building performance marketing strategies and executing campaigns;
- Clear understanding of basic accounting and legal requirements in digital marketing;
- Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on whole web-site controlling.
