Finance Manager

International Company is looking for Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Examine Financial Performance: Conduct detailed analyses of financial figures related to lounge operations, focusing on income, expenses, and overall profitability.
2. Generate Financial Summaries: Produce clear financial summaries and provide analytical perspectives that support strategic decision-making.
3. Manage Financial Relationships: Cultivate and manage relationships with financial institutions, coordinating negotiations for financing needs.
4. Track Financial Results: Monitor and compare actual financial results to budgeted forecasts, ensuring financial performance aligns with expectations.
5. Implement Budgeting Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to manage budgets effectively and control costs across lounge operations.
6. Collaborate on Financial Strategy: Work with relevant stakeholders to create financial strategies and projections aimed at driving growth within the lounge services sector.
7. Provide Financial Insights: Deliver insightful financial analysis to drive business expansion and decision-making.
8. Oversee Financial Accounts: Supervise the management of all financial accounts for the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
9. Support Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including consolidated financial statements and detailed analyses.
10. Lead the Accounting Department: Manage and lead the accounting team, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Preferred: Master’s degree (Finance or Economics) and certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are a plus.
• Experience: At least 6 years of experience in finance, with a solid background in budgeting, financial reporting, and managing a chart of accounts.
• Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong experience in fostering relationships with financial institutions.
  • Excellent business judgment, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other analytical software.
  • Knowledge of Oracle or similar financial systems is an advantage.
