Responsibilities:
• Recruitment: searching and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees.
• New employee adaptation: organizing the first working day, introductory briefing, probation period monitoring.
• HR administration: drafting contracts, vacation tracking, ensuring labor law compliance.
• Training and development: coordinating the work of a business trainer, monitoring engagement, evaluating effectiveness.
• Employee performance evaluation: KPI monitoring, providing feedback, preparing development decisions.
• Corporate culture: organizing team buildings, events, and satisfaction surveys.
• Motivation and compensation: market monitoring, developing bonus programs, implementing non-material motivation.

Requirements:
• HR experience of at least 3 years (full cycle: recruitment, adaptation, administration, employee development).
