Smart Supply is the self service, on-demand division of AI Digital. We build audience targeting and optimization PMPs that sit between SSP and DSP to help gain pricing efficiencies, increase performance, and reach your target audiences.
We're on the lookout for an energetic senior or middle digital marketing manager Senior who's eager to delve into the latest programmatic technologies and enjoys crafting innovative strategies and eye-catching visuals. Responsibilities:
Media Planning & Strategy
- Develop and calculate media plans for curated PMP deals.
- Validate requests from the Growth team, providing forecasts and feedback.
- Provide strategic support to the Growth team in client communications, helping the sales team understand technical aspects and optimize campaign strategies.
- Justify and recommend the use of specific tools, platforms, and audiences.
Audience Insights & Optimization
- Prepare audience segments and insights for proposals and future PMP packages.
- Launch and optimize preferred deals across multiple SSP platforms such as Xandr, PubMatic, OpenX, etc.
- Provide consultative and informational support to AdOps specialists and the Growth team.
Reporting & Analysis
- Develop insights and recommendations based on campaign results to support upsell opportunities.
- Prepare various reports (Excel and PowerPoint) with accurate data for stakeholders.
- Create strategies and presentation decks upon request from the Growth team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a media or digital agency, particularly in media planning and campaign management. However, candidates with relevant experience in related fields will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of media planning, including strategy development, budget allocation, and channel selection, with the ability to align campaigns with business goals and marketing objectives.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to generate insights and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with programmatic platforms or hands-on experience with Paid Search and Paid Social platforms
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting
