One of our key products is zGAN, a synthetic data generation model that enhances predictive analytics, automates processes, and improves accuracy in critical sectors.

Our innovations have gained international recognition: epsilon3.ai was named the most revolutionary AI solution at Digital Almaty 2024, the largest tech forum in Central Asia.

As we expand our team, we are looking for an ML Lead who will lead the machine learning team, develop and implement cutting-edge AI models, and help scale our technologies to new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI models.
• Lead the ML team, implement best development practices, and collaborate with other departments.
• Scale AI solutions, optimize infrastructure, and work with government and enterprise clients.
• Integrate new AI developments, participate in conferences, and support R&D projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in machine learning, data analysis, or AI model development.
• Experience in developing and implementing machine learning models.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, MLflow.
• Ability to work with big data and optimize ML models for production environments.
• Proven experience leading an ML team: project management, task distribution, mentoring, and process optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• English proficiency is a plus.
