Analytics and Reporting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Monitor procurement requests to ensure alignment with the budget
• Plan procurement activities and forecast budget requirements
• Prepare reports (analysis, forecasts)
• Optimize the procurement process
• Develop procurement budgets
• Monitor compliance with procurement regulations and track any violations
• Control payment obligations
• Ensure invoice matching with Purchase Orders (PO) and Receipts

Requirements:

• Strong analytical mindset – ability to identify patterns and find solutions
• Attention to detail – accuracy is essential when working with numbers
• Organizational skills – ability to manage large volumes of data effectively
• Data management skills – proficient in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query), SQL, BI tools
• Strong communication skills – ability to collaborate with colleagues from various departments
• Initiative – willingness to propose improvements in analytics and reporting
• Higher education in Economics
