Customer Service Specialist

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist based in Almaty.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

• Providing high-level service to both internal and external customers to reach maximum customer satisfaction levels,
• Handling customer requests through e-commerce and e-mails,
• Working with E-deliveries (SNT) and E-invoices (ESF) on the government portal,
• Creating orders in SAP and planning deliveries in collaboration with the sales team,
• Communicating regularly with the sales team and fulfillment team to improve delivery and stock performance,
• Managing data quality in SAP,
• Improvement of sales processes (order management; delivery; invoicing etc.).

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Logistics, or a similar technical field,
• 1-2 years experience in a similar position,
• Strong Russian, English is a must (at least intermediate level), Kazakh is a big plus,
• Experience in SAP is a plus,
• A good team player with a customer-focused mindset,
• Ability to influence others with great communication skills,
• Meets the deadline on time,
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Обязанности:

(включают, но не ограничиваются следующими задачами)

• Обеспечение высокого уровня сервиса для внутренних и внешних клиентов с целью достижения максимального уровня удовлетворенности.
• Обработка запросов клиентов через e-commerce и электронную почту.
• Работа с электронными накладными (SNT) и электронными счетами-фактурами (ESF) на государственном портале.
• Создание заказов в SAP и планирование поставок в сотрудничестве с отделом продаж.
• Регулярное взаимодействие с командами продаж и логистики для улучшения показателей доставки и складских запасов.
• Обеспечение качества данных в SAP.
• Оптимизация процессов продаж (управление заказами, доставка, выставление счетов и др.).

Требования к кандидату:

• Высшее образование в области экономики, логистики или схожих технических специальностей.
• 1-2 года опыта работы в аналогичной должности.
• Свободное владение русским языком, английский – обязательно (не ниже среднего уровня), знание казахского будет большим плюсом.
• Опыт работы в SAP – преимущество.
• Командный игрок с клиентоориентированным подходом.
• Отличные коммуникационные навыки и способность влиять на других.
• Организованность и умение работать в сжатые сроки.
• Уверенное владение MS Office.
