Reports to: General Director

Subordinates: SCM, WH, Serialization,

Location: Almaty

Requirements:

Education: Higher (or postgraduate) education in a relevant specialty,

Work experience:

At least 5 years of professional experience in the field preferably in pharmaceutical industry,
Technical skills: Computer literacy at the level of "PC-user (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage supply chain processes;
  • Ensure availability of products in Kazakh WH and work towards achieving SCM KPI targets as per budget (OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, Total inventory holding, inventory health, % sea shipment, Back orders, Sales loss, Stock to Norm);
  • Lead demand planning for the markets, have forecast discussions with Marketing and sales, arrive at consensus primary and secondary forecast
  • Use Kinaxis, SAP S4Hana, SAPB1, SCM Dashboards and other digital tools to maintain master data to reflect correct data for the country
  • Develop logistics strategy; Coordinate cross-functional and inter-organizational linkages during logistics activities; Develop forms and maintain logistics documentation and reporting;
  • Ensure review of contracts with suppliers, coordination of terms and conditions of deliveries;
  • Monitor and review warehouse activities and performance
  • Establish relations with existing and prospective, including foreign, suppliers and consumers
  • Manage team operations of supply chain, purchasing, warehouse and serialization teams, evaluate performance, assess resources for workload completion, and make recommendations on hiring and termination
  • Reporting:

  • Prepare necessary reports and presentations for the corporate office and LLP management;

Comply with the rules of internal labor regulations, safety labor and fire safety

Language knowledge: English (level - advanced)
