Build, manage and develop long-term relationships with Partners in e-commerce in order to achieve targeted sales revenue by developing brands’ online performance.

KPI

  • eCommerce sell out results, plan/fact
  • eCommerce sales value, its evolution and weight in total business
  • eMarket value share by Customers and Brands

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for category online development and perfect implementation of:

eCommerce Activation (acquiring and converting online traffic)

  1. Design and maintain eActivation calendar across Customers and Brands, reflecting Key Selling Periods, product focuses and market specifics
  2. Gather and analyze clients’ data, extract useful insights, make actionable plans to overcome challenges and strengthen performance
  3. Pick most efficient retailers’ tools and placements to achieve sales targets
  4. Orchestrating and aligning cross departmental eActivation efforts:
    1. price promo with commercial team
    2. off-site traffic commercialization with Marketing
    3. overall customer development with Retail

Online Retail (product pages, brand zones, ad-hoc web spaces)

  1. Deploy brilliant product pages & landing pages / web-corners across online channel
  2. Constantly track PDP health score: relevance of titles, descriptions, visuals and additional content to Consumer expectations and in-site / off-site searches

Online Consumer Care (ratings & reviews, market protection)

Требования:
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce business, specifics of various type of clients (omni, pure, marketplaces), business models (1P, 3P and its types), leverages, restrictions, prospects
  • Solid knowledge of web-design, familiarity with principles & structure of online point of sales, its navigation and product prioritization models
  • Mastery in content processing and understanding of its impact to search optimization
  • Relevant experience in Beauty, Digital and eCommerce
  • Ability to maintain efficiency in matrix organization and meet expectations of multiple stakeholders
  • Analytical and data driven mind, excellent project management skills
  • Awareness of CIS market Consumer specifics
  • Advanced English
