About the role: We're looking for ambitious young professionals eager to grow and gain
hands-on experience in an international CPaaS team. This is your chance to work with
industry experts, develop technical and communication skills, and build a strong foundation in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment. The person will work alongside the experienced Customer Success Managers (CSM) team with daily process tasks.
Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of customers ASR reports, DIDs performance;
- Preparations of the DIDs replacements and solutions;
- Communication to the clients with DIDs replacements / alternatives via emails, messengers or voice calls;
- Daily and weekly planning of the customer activities and collaboration with
Commercial, Analyst and Technical teams.
