Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales department to work put the service technical proposal. Support on clarification of the customer's requirements and value objectives, aligning with solution.
  2. Be responsible for solution high-level benchmarking and value management, develop the value master plan, and complete value calculation and value presentation after implementation.
  3. Organize and manage the project design team, design solutions in the delivery phase, including the overall solution, use cases, HLD/LLD/FRS, and the acceptance criteria, and take responsibility for the deliverability and security of the solutions.
  4. Conduct survey and analysis for customer's production process, develop the UC solution and output the HLD, and ensure that the UC solution can be continuously running in the customer's production process.
  5. Working with DA/SE(R&D) to clarify requirements and specifications, collaborate with R&D to develop and release the right solution(software or service etc) and deploying in the project, and can run smoothly.
  6. Lead on the solution realization and show the value to the stakeholders, to ensure the customer satisfaction.
  7. Continuously explore customer requirements and business value and support continuous value realization and sales operation of projects.

• 1. Bachelor degree in communication engineering or related major
  2. At least 5 years’ experience of ICT or data analysis.
  3. Be familiar with Huawei SmartCare, Discovery, Bigdata solution architecture or equivalent to customer experiment management, big data platform etc.
  4. Be familiar with Huawei SmartCare Use Case such as Experience, Optimization, business decision, or equivalent to customer experiment scenario.
  5. Be familiar with 2/3/4/5G PS/CS/VoLTE Service, and have the experience of big data project is preferred
