Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our company by efficiently managing procurement processes. We are seeking a candidate with procurement experience who is ready to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure goods and services from local and international suppliers;
• Organize and conduct tenders for goods and services;
• Accurately and timely reflect inventory movements in the system;
• Ensure timely and correct submission of all documentation related to purchasedgoods/services;
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and implement projects related to the procurement of indirect materials;
• Fulfill employee requests to ensure uninterrupted company operations;
• Prepare and negotiate contracts related to direct material supply, monitor contract execution, and track deadlines.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in procurement;
• English level: Upper-Intermediate and higher;
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, 1C);
• Experience with contracts, including large sums;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
