Location: Remote (Preferred regions: Russia or Central Asia)

AdHand is an Evido product, operating in the Central Asia region.

We are an international marketing company specializing in performance-driven advertising solutions across leading platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, and Telegram. We empower businesses and agencies to scale with transparency, efficiency, and local market expertise.

We’re currently hiring a Team Lead for our Agencies & Enterprise Clients in Central Asia, following a strategic team restructure. This role is ideal for someone with deep agency-side experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agency Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with major advertising agencies across the region.
  • Contract Optimization: Re-sign and renegotiate agency contracts to drive win-win partnerships and improve profitability.
  • Performance Delivery: Ensure agency-side KPIs are met in collaboration with platforms (e.g., SGI for TikTok).
  • Growth Initiatives: Launch upsell initiatives, introduce new verticals, and share relevant platform updates to increase agency budgets.
  • Team Management: Lead a team, responsible for supporting agencies and large direct clients in Central Asia.
  • Process & Product Improvement: Identify areas for operational and product enhancement to improve retention and client experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Agency Expertise: Strong understanding of how media agencies operate, including their business models and pain points.
  • Reselling & Digital Ad Knowledge: Familiarity with reselling models and solid digital advertising experience.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage, develop, and inspire a small team — task setting, feedback, motivation, and growth planning.
  • Project Management: Skilled in driving cross-functional initiatives and managing timelines and deliverables.
  • Client Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain and grow long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proactive, responsible, and capable of taking ownership over a key area of business growth.
  • Empathy & Team Culture: You lead with empathy, understand people, and value collaboration.
  • Languages: Fluent Russian and confident English (B2 level or higher) are required.

Key Success Metrics

  • Achievement of platform KPIs (e.g., from Meta or TikTok)
  • Increased client advertising spend on supported platforms
  • Improved margin in the agency business
  • High client satisfaction and retention levels

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the agency advertising business
  • 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring a team
  • Strong operational, client, and project management experience
  • Experience working remotely or with distributed teams is a plus
