Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to grow and manage channel partner relationships.

Identify new channel partners and build long-term partnerships.

Support and guide channel partners to drive sales, marketing, and operational performance.

Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure effective product delivery and promotional activities.

Monitor and evaluate partner performance, providing necessary support to achieve sales targets.

Manage partner conflicts, escalations, and ensure consistent communication.

Track and report on channel partner sales, marketing activities, and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven interest or experience in telecom, B2B, or B2C sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand market dynamics.
- Goal-oriented and proactive, with a passion for building strong partnerships.
