An international company active in the fields of energy, machine engineering, finance, chemical, food, and textile industries is looking for a BDM.
Responsibilities:
- Organize product marketing on behalf of the company in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Develop prospective investment projects in the Republic of Kazakhstan and provide recommendations for participation in these projects.
- Monitor prospective investment projects in Kazakhstan and provide recommendations for participation.
- Organize and conduct marketing research on behalf of the company in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Oversee the development and implementation of projects/commercial transactions, assess potential risks.
- Analyze and resolve organizational, technical, and economic issues to stimulate product and service sales, ensuring the efficient and economical use of material, financial, and human resources.
- Coordinate activities within a specific area, analyze its effectiveness, and make decisions regarding the rational use of resources.
- Participate in the development of marketing policies, pricing strategies, and create conditions for the systematic implementation of products to meet customer demand.
- Forecast sales volumes and generate consumer demand for the product.
- Research factors influencing product sales and essential for successful implementation.
- Develop programs for demand generation and sales stimulation, provide recommendations for market selection in accordance with available resources.
- Determine measures, prepare proposals, and develop recommendations for improving product quality and consumer properties.
- Analyze the competitive environment considering changes in the tax, pricing, and accounting policies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Conduct analysis, compare planned data with actual results in terms of volume, profit, sales timelines, and geographical coverage, identify deviations and market trend changes.
- Involve consultants and experts in solving various issues.
- Organize relations with business partners, establish a system for collecting necessary information to expand external ties and exchange experience.
- Maintain business reputation in accordance with the assigned authority and allocated resources.
- Provide oral and written translation in Russian and English.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Chief Representative.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English and Russian.
- Ability to work with numerical and financial data, strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Negotiation and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of project management fundamentals.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Planning skills, ability to prioritize within tight deadlines
