KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of Point of Sales Materials: order requested POSM , (work with designer , confirmation, adaptation of files).
- Provide full requests for RFQ for all required POSM: checking samples, production type checking, type of materials for each requested POSM, acceptance of materials on our office WH, visit production office, logistic control.
- Collaboration with Suppliers (Local and HQ (China)) .
- Control of all projects and task in all steps.
- Management of W/H and all stock in it.
- Creating and Closing projects should be though internal system. Management on time creating and clear closing documents according to projects: checking on time acceptance, on time production, on time closing.
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Strong command of the English (Upper-Intermediate or above)
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills, macro more preferred)
- Strong communication skill, good a team player.
- Experience in project management on all level.
- Experience in typography, or advertising agency on the same position.
