Established International Freight Forwarder based in Almaty is seeking Operations Manager.
Ideal candidate:
More than 6 years Freight Forwarding experience.
A Freight Forwarder with passionate knowledge of Logistic routes globally to Kazakhstan , and network of agents.
Experience of all modes of transport to include Out of Gauge movements and hazardous materials .
Ability to handle complex enquiries and issue proposals.
Ability to lead meetings and manage team to meet performance standards and deadlines.
Vested interest to grow the business and build collaboration with both service providers and customers.
Good communication skills on all levels with diplomacy & tact.
Ability to delve into shipping issues, conflicts, claims and manage resolutions.
Understands the bigger picture , politics , corporate systems, culture , ROK current affairs concerning transport regulations , project opportunities, customer base per industries.
Successful candidate can expect high reward & further promotion within the company.
