Join KPMG CIO Advisory as an ITSM Implementation Senior Consultant in Almaty or Astana and lead impactful projects that redefine service management processes and cloud strategies for our clients. Leverage your expertise in ITSM tools, collaborate with industry experts, and mentor the next generation of talent in a dynamic environment.

As our ITSM Implementation Senior Consultant, you will:

  • Lead workstreams in IT Service Management (ITSM) implementation projects, including the design and optimization of IT processes, operations, and service-level agreements (SLAs/OLAs).
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of IT architecture and operations, providing recommendations for improvement and supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Develop cloud architecture strategies and solutions, assisting clients in evaluating and transitioning to cloud services while ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Support IT asset management initiatives, ensuring effective utilization and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, managing project deliverables and mentoring junior team members.

You’re the perfect match for this role if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Possess ITIL certifications (Foundation or higher); additional certifications such as PMP, COBIT, or ITSM tool-specific certifications are advantageous.
  • Have at least 3 years of proven experience in ITSM process design and implementation, ideally in a consulting role.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or JIRA Service Management.
  • Show proficiency in configuring ITSM tools, including workflows, service catalogs, and automation processes.
  • Have strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations management, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Have at least Intermediate level of English.
