Responsibilities:
- Implementation of tax projects of medium and high complexity (tax consulting, tax structuring, tax review, tax due diligence, tax compliance, etc.).
- Organization of labor resources via creation of project teams, motivation and guidance of team members for achievement of the positive result.
- Training of Consultants, reviewing and evaluating their work.
- Provision of support to Senior Staff in all project matters and organization of business development process.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Work Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in tax consulting on a position of Consultant.
- Alternatively, 3-4 years of tax/ accounting experience in the industry.
- Experience with 1C software (knowledge of other accounting software is a plus).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Word.
- Understanding of general accounting principles.
Education and Qualifications
University / college degree in Finance, Taxation or Accounting.
Personal Skills or attributes
- Good knowledge of English (written and verbal) and fluency in local language.
- In-charge experience (i.e. leading and guiding the team for successful implementation of the project).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong research skills (i.e. ability to find the appropriate information from various sources).
- Stress-resistance and ability to cope with multitasking.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive personality.
