Key responsibilities:

  1. Support the Department Head in managing day-to-day activities, including meetings, presentations, and client follow-ups.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, especially those in the Chinese market.
  3. Assist with cash management, credit, trade finance, and other products.
  4. Conduct financial analysis and due diligence, and prepare client-facing documents.
  5. Stay updated on market trends, particularly within Kazakhstan, China, and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience managing corporate clients.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and strong financial analysis skills.

Knowledge of China’s business culture and financial regulations is highly preferred.

Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or industry events.
