Job Title: Head of Go-to-Market (GTM)

Location: Almaty

Job Type: Full-time

Reports To: CEO

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Go-to-Market (GTM) to lead our company’s strategy for expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in sales, marketing, and product management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches and market expansions.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools and training to support GTM initiatives.

Market Research and Positioning:

  • Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to inform business strategies.

Define and articulate unique selling propositions (USPs) for products.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Personal execution:

  • Responsibility for 1 category of product with full GTM expert scope of work5.

Performance Measurement:

  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of GTM strategies and initiatives.
  • Regularly analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.

Leadership:

  • Lead a team of GTM professionals, and certification expert, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve departmental goals.

Foster a High Performance Culture within the GTM team.​​​​​​​

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Present GTM strategies and results to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Cultivate relationships with key partners and stakeholders to facilitate successful product adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • 3 years of experience in go-to-market strategy development and execution.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving market growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
