About the Program.

The Future Talent Program in Kazakhstan is designed to bring together bright, ambitious, and passionate talents into the adidas world. This six-month program, starting in summer 2025, offers a unique blend of hands-on experience, learning, and development. You’ll support the marketing OMNI team in daily operations while leading a business development project, which you will present to adidas management at the program’s end. Beyond the invaluable experience, you’ll gain regional and global networking opportunities, sharpen your commercial and business acumen, and, upon successful completion, have the chance to join the adidas talent pool—opening doors to future career opportunities within the company.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The purpose of this role is to actively support the OMNI team in identifying, developing, and implementing strategies that contribute to the growth and success of adidas. By assisting in various tasks, the intern helps drive the brand's visibility and operational efficiency, ensuring that key initiatives align with the company’s goals for profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with POS materials for stores (development, approval, and placement).
  • Managing the department’s internal documentation.
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation for shopping malls.
  • Interacting with contractors (briefing, monitoring execution, and approving terms).
  • Creating presentations (structuring information, visualizing content, and following brand guidelines).

Key requirements:

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint (or similar tools) and the ability to create visually appealing presentations.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and advertising.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with documents.
  • Strong communication skills, including email correspondence and negotiations.
  • Responsibility and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
  • Experience working with contractors (preferred but not required).
  • Willingness to perform routine tasks.
