Responsibilities:

- Being responsible for the application/verification/payment related IT process of Joint Marketing Campaign with operators and open channel customers negotiated by sales managers;

- Monitoring the marketing activity execution, obtaining necessary proof on weekly/monthly basis from distributor/operator customers;

- Supporting the communication between Huawei MKT/Retail team and customer MKT/Retail team to increase efficiency and quality of marketing activities;

- Being responsible for weekly retail report data update;

- Offering support in organizing representative’s regular meetings;

- Offering support in coordination of product launch.

Requirements:
  • English language knowledge/ Chinese would be the plus
  • Solution Driven mindset;
  • Willingness and motivation to learn new working processes
  • Excellent communication skills with an open mind;
  • Experience in Sales or Marketing Management /Project Management/ Administrative Assistance or related fields are preferred;
  • Familiarity with marketing management, including branding management, event, PR and media, digital and so on;
  • Familiarity with the operation of Device product management, the Go-To-Market and the promotion strategy;
  • Outstanding MS Offices skills.
