Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting delivery deadlines and addressing any service-related issues or complaints promptly
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in managing fleet operations or in a similar logistics management role, particularly in trucking or transportation.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and logistics tools.
- Excellent knowledge of logistics, transportation regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and control costs.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Knowledge of Russian/Kazakh languages.
