Office Design is a premier Herman Miller dealer that provides exceptional products and services to companies looking to create innovative and functional workspaces. We are looking for a salesperson who can effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to prospects and close deals with companies looking to transform their workspaces into inspiring environments that support employee well-being, productivity, and creativity.
Responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and increase market share;
Building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers within companies and organizations;
Identifying new sales opportunities and prospects;
Providing exceptional customer service and support during the sales process;
Collaborating with our team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services;
Achieving and exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
Candidate Requirements:
Preferably experience in the furniture or related industry would be an advantage;
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
Strong organizational and managerial skills;
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with success in achieving and exceeding sales goals;
Ability to work independently and in a team;
Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
