• Oversee the strategic business direction modification of the Company towards ensuring customers’ satisfaction and fast internal decision-making.
• Optimise the management structure (including staff count) to streamline and accelerate the decision making within the real estate assets.
• Achieve stable and organic customer base in the currently competitive commercial SHOPPING CENTRES real estate landscape of Uzbekistan.
• Optimise the tenant mix of the commercial SHOPPING CENTRES real estate.
• Build and maintain a good relationship with the client base.
• Bring cultural change to the Company to align it with the new vision for the business.
• Needs to understand corporate governance practices and how to minimise their impedance of the business processes while maintaining a balance acceptable by the Supervisory Board.
• Must have good diplomatic skills to be able to balance the shareholder’s need for cash flow return and the needs of the business (both revenue-wise and cost-wise).
• Having an already established relationship with the potential tenant entrants to the commercial real estate SHOPPING CENTRES would be a plus.
• Higher, relevant certificates in commercial real estate industry are a plus.
