Product Manager, Corporate Banking Department
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Translate the Department’s high-level strategy into actionable short, medium, and long-term product development plans. Ensure execution aligns with business goals
- New Product Development: Lead the end-to-end creation of new corporate banking products to enhance market competitiveness. This includes drafting business requirements, coordinating with IT/Legal/Compliance, and managing the launch

Product Lifecycle Management: Maintain the current product portfolio. Revise and update Product Manuals and documentation in response to regulatory changes, market feedback, or internal process optimization

Governance & Documentation: act as the owner for Corporate Banking policies and procedures (SOPs), ensuring they are up-to-date, compliant, and clearly written

Partnership Management (Damu Fund): Serve as the primary custodian for Damu Fund programs. Monitor compliance, manage reporting requirements

Pricing & Tariff Management: Monitor market trends and competitor pricing. Update and maintain the Corporate Banking Tariff Grid to ensure profitability and competitiveness
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Banking or Financial Services secto
- Languages: English - advanced/Business fluent. (Crucial: must be able to draft high-quality business documents and product manuals in English). Russian/Kazakh - fluent
- Preferred background: experience specifically in Corporate Banking, SME Banking or Product Development is highly desirable
- Product expertise: deeply familiar with the mechanics of banking products (Loans, Guarantees, Transactional Banking)
- Damu fund knowledge: understanding of state support programs (Damu) and their specific reporting/documentation requirements is a strong advantage
- Document drafting: proven ability to write internal regulations, policies, and product manuals
- Advanced MS Excel: ability to handle complex data for tariff analysis and Damu reporting (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). MS PowerPoint, MS Word
- Analytical thinking: able to analyze tariff structures and competitor data to make logical recommendations
- Attention to details: critical for policy drafting and reporting where errors can lead to compliance risks
- Process orientation: understands how a product moves from a "concept" to an operational reality (IT, Back Office, Accounting flows)
- Self-Starter: ability to take a high-level strategy and break it down into daily tasks without constant supervision
