Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure that procurement orders are placed and confirmed in a time
  • Communicate and coordinate production and shipment priorities based on demand, stock levels, and vendor capabilities
  • Make informed decisions on fast stock replenishment using supply chain assessment tools
  • Ensure the timely and seamless transfer of ordered categories and articles to logistics from designated suppliers
  • Confirm and process shipments and provide full documentary support for each shipment
  • Identify irregularities in operations and transform them into standardized processes
  • Participate in cross-functional and non-standard projects in the field of supplier operations

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or a related field
  • Relevant experience (2+ years) in international purchasing, procurement and supply chain (retail, wholesale or manufacturing)

  • Hands-on experience with foreign supplier

  • Expertise in Incoterms, purchasing and transport documentation

  • Knowledge of Excel and Google sheets

  • Systems thinking and strong analytical skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Language skills: Russian - fluent, English - B1 (Intermediate and higher), Chinese would be a plus
