QA Engineer

Andersen is hiring a QA Engineer to support a major trading platform’s full redesign. The role includes testing updated web and mobile solutions and contributing to ongoing feature development across all channels.

The customer is a global trading services provider offering access to a broad range of financial instruments through proprietary web and mobile platforms. Operating across numerous international markets under multiple regulatory licenses, the organization is recognized for its focus on technological innovation, client support, and educational initiatives within the online trading industry.

The project is focused on a full revamp of the web platform, mobile application, and mobile web version, followed by the implementation of new features and enhancements across all channels. The work also includes strengthening the client’s teams to support ongoing development and ensure a smooth rollout of the redesigned digital experience.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing business requirements and defining test acceptance criteria.
• Designing, maintaining, and executing test cases to validate software functionality and identify defects.
• Documenting and reporting software defects clearly and accurately.
• Ensuring the software meets functional and non-functional requirements.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of manual testing processes and standards.
• Working closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Staying up to date with industry trends, testing methodologies, and best practice

Must-have:

• Experience in manual testing with a focus on web and mobile applications for 3+ years.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately identify and report defects.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in writing and maintaining test cases and test plans.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-Haves:

• ISTQB certification at any level (Foundation, Advanced, or equivalent).
