Responsibilities:

Lead the design, planning, and implementation of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Supervise the preparation of technical documentation, drawings, and specifications in accordance with building codes and standards.

Coordinate project solutions with architects, structural, electrical, and plumbing engineers.

Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.

Ensure quality control and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Participate in the selection of HVAC equipment and materials.

Conduct site visits, resolve technical issues, and support project teams throughout all stages.
Requirements:
-
Higher technical education (Mechanical Engineering, Heat and Gas Supply, or related field).

At least 5–7 years of experience in HVAC system design, installation, and supervision, preferably on large commercial or industrial projects.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design principles, standards, and applicable codes.

Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

Ability to read and develop detailed technical drawings and specifications.

Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers.

Languages: Kazakh, Russian, English (required); Chinese – desirable.
