We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to manage a portfolio of premium brands and execute marketing strategies in the market.
Responsibilities:

Adapt and implement centralized brand promotion plans for the local market.

Manage product assortment and portfolio within the assigned category.

Adapt marketing plans and control budgets (Media, PR, Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Promotional Materials).

Handle documentation related to budgets and marketing activities.

Localize products to meet market requirements.

Monitor and analyze brand, product, and category performance.

Organize product launches and support growth of new products.
-
Present marketing plans to internal teams and external partners.

Participate in developing short- and long-term brand and category strategies.

Collaborate with commercial and retail teams on trade marketing programs.

Coordinate with the training team to support brand promotion at points of sale.

Optimize processes to integrate marketing and commercial activities effectively.

Work in a cross-functional team without direct reporting lines, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.

Complete required training and familiarize yourself with company policies and procedures within established deadlines.
